New queue management systems
Czech Post is equipping its branches with new-generation queue management systems that offer a whole range of new features and innovations. Among the most notable new features is the option to enter a code to pick up a package and scan the barcode of consignments from the Call System or a mobile phone display. By entering the pickup code/scanning the barcode of the consignment, you can check the availability of the consignment at the post office, speed up the delivery of the stored package, and the system will automatically assign you a queue ticket.

Popular services
In the Favorite Services section, you will find the four most frequently used services at the given post office that are available to you. Simply select one of them and a ticket will be printed automatically.
Entering the code to pick up parcels
At post offices with a queue management system and a specialized Balíkovna counter, simply enter the code directly into the queue management system. This will give you the option of expedited delivery, and you will no longer need to repeat the code at the counter (you will only need to verify your identity with the name of the recipient or the consignment number)
How does it work?
- Press the "EXPRESS PARCEL DELIVERY" button on the main monitor of the queue management system.
- Enter your pickup code and confirm - the availability of the parcel at the post office will be verified and the parcel information will be transferred to the back office for picking.
- Take the printed ticket.
Where can you find the pickup code?
The code for picking up the parcel is included in the email and SMS notifications.
Barcode scanning
The new queue management systems are equipped with a barcode reader for consignments. When visiting the post office, you can scan the barcode from your notification or mobile phone display. By scanning the barcode, you can check the availability of your consignment at the branch, speed up the delivery of deposited parcels, and the system will automatically assign you a ticket number for your service.
How to scan a barcode?
- Press the "EXPRESS PARCEL DELIVERY" button on the main monitor of the call system.
- Place the barcodes on the reader one by one.
- After scanning all parcels, press the "Pick up parcel" button.
- Take the ticket.
Where can you find the barcode?
You can find the barcode on the Consignment Pickup Notice, in email notifications, or you can create it in the Pošta Online mobile app.
